December 3, 2024, Day of Giving Students from the Nurse Assisting and Associated Health Careers Class at Monroe 2 Orleans BOCES, part of the SkillsUSA WEMOCO chapter, have been reflecting on their experiences for this year’s Day of Giving. Each student wrote statements about the acts of kindness or good deeds they performed for the community during the day. These reflections inspired our students and highlighted the positive impact we can have on those around us. Rachael Piccolo Certified Nurse Assistant Teacher Jaclyn De Lao Principal of Center for Career Services - Southern Westchester BOCES We hosted our first Area IV Leadership Conference December 10, 2024 at SUNY Ulster! It was such a great success. We had almost all of the schools in our area represented. Students participated in leadership activities, some learned at Fall Leadership, as well as planning on how to make their chapter more successful in their home schools.
